Acceptance and Scope

• •These Terms, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, form the full agreement for bookings and facility use at TP Sports Arena.
• •Bookings are permitted for individuals 18+; minors must be supervised by a responsible adult who accepts these Terms.

Bookings and Reservations

• •A booking is confirmed only after full payment and written confirmation (usually via WhatsApp).
• •Provide accurate name, phone, email (if requested), sport, date, and slot. We may request ID for verification.
• •Prices are in INR and may change for future bookings; confirmed paid bookings remain honored.

General Admission & Bookings

• •Right of Admission Reserved.
• •Non-refundable booking required; bookings are non-transferable.
• •The booking amount cannot be refunded or adjusted once the booking is confirmed.
• •No outside food or beverages are permitted in the facility.

Cancellation and Refunds

• •All cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Verbal cancellations are not accepted unless confirmed in writing via WhatsApp to +91 92703 78741.

Conduct and Facility Rules

• •Sports attire and non-marking footwear required; spiked studs are not allowed on the turf.
• •Prohibited: smoking, alcohol, drugs, weapons, abusive behavior, gambling, vandalism, or unauthorized commercial activity.
• •We may refuse entry or remove any person violating rules; no refund in such cases.

Conduct & Decorum

• •A policy of decency will be adopted at the management’s discretion; players must maintain decorum during their game.
• •Avoid abusive language, indecent behavior, or aggressive play; violations can lead to removal from the premises.
• •Guests must follow facility rules and regulations; management may deny entry for violations.

Use of Equipment and Facilities

• •Use equipment responsibly for its intended purpose; you are liable for damage beyond normal wear.
• •Keep personal belongings secure; the arena is not responsible for loss or theft.

Equipment & Damages

• •Only playing equipment is supplied; bring any additional supplies you require.
• •Once playing equipment is used, it is deemed to be returned in good condition; later-found damage will be charged extra.
• •Any damage caused to the facility will be charged additionally.

Health, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

• •You confirm you are fit to play and understand sports involve injury risks; you participate at your own risk.
• •In emergencies, you authorize us to seek medical help; related costs are your responsibility.

Liability & Risk

• •TP - The Sports Arena is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings.
• •Parking is at your own risk; TP - The Sports Arena is not liable for any damages that may occur.
• •Any injuries sustained while using or being on the premises are at the user’s risk; management is not liable for any untoward incidence.
• •We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the facility, including parking premises or while playing.
• •Management is not liable for any untoward incidence.

Liability and Indemnification

• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, TP Sports Arena is not liable for injury, illness, or property damage unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• •No consequential or special damages; total liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected booking.
• •You agree to indemnify the arena against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of facilities.

Intellectual Property

• •All branding, marks, and content are owned by TP Sports Arena. No rights are granted beyond personal, non-commercial use of the facilities.

Privacy and Data Protection

• •Personal data handling follows our Privacy Policy. Keep your contact details accurate and up to date.

Photography, Videography, and CCTV

• •CCTV may operate for safety. We may capture photos/video for marketing; tell staff if you prefer not to be included.
• •Personal, non-commercial recording is allowed if it respects others’ privacy.

Surveillance

• •The facility is under video surveillance for safety and security purposes.

Force Majeure

• •We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government orders, infrastructure failures).

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• •Parties should first attempt informal resolution, then mediation; disputes may proceed to arbitration in Goa if unresolved.
• •These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Goa have jurisdiction subject to applicable consumer protections.
