Clarity on cancellations, reschedules, and refunds.

By booking or paying, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.
Start cancellations via the self-service portal using the 'Cancel booking' button on our homepage; timestamp captured there decides eligibility.
Eligibility
- •Cancellation before the cut-off time (23:59:59 IST on the day before the booking date) → 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding non-refundable gateway/fees/taxes).
- •Cancellation on or after the booking date (D) → 0% refund.
- •Timing is determined by the timestamp captured when you submit the cancellation through the online cancellation portal ('Cancel booking' on the homepage).
How to Request
- •Use the 'Cancel booking' button on the homepage (or visit /cancel) to open the self-service cancellation portal.
- •Enter your Booking ID and the phone number used for the booking to check eligibility and the refund estimate.
- •Confirm cancellation in the portal; the portal records the timestamp and triggers the refund flow. WhatsApp/phone/email requests are not accepted for initiating cancellations.
Refund Processing
- •Mode: original payment method via the payment gateway when supported; otherwise UPI/bank transfer at the arena’s discretion.
- •Timeline: typically 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation in the portal; bank/gateway timelines may extend this.
- •Deductions: non-refundable gateway/platform fees and any intermediary charges may apply. Taxes refunded per applicable law.
Rescheduling
- •One reschedule may be allowed before the original cut-off time, subject to slot availability.
- •If a rescheduled slot is later cancelled, the cut-off applies to the new booking date.
Unforeseen Interruptions (Weather/Power)
- •If heavy rain, lightning, thunder, or power fluctuations reduce your booked time, we will offer options based on the situation:
- •1) Additional time to complete the slot duration, subject to same-day availability.
- •2) Reschedule of the session based on mutual agreement.
- •3) Full or partial refund depending on the impact and context.
No-Show & Late Arrival
- •No-show: full amount is forfeited; no refund or credit.
- •Late arrival: slot time is not extended; no compensation for reduced playtime.
- •A brief grace period (up to ~15 minutes) may be offered at staff discretion and does not set precedent.
Cancellation by TP Sports Arena
- •If the arena cancels (safety, weather, maintenance, force majeure, or operational reasons), you may choose a 100% refund or a free reschedule subject to availability.
- •This is your sole remedy; the arena is not liable for indirect or consequential costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).
Force Majeure
- •Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, disasters, utility failures, government orders, strikes, pandemics) may suspend or cancel bookings. Remedies follow the cancellation-by-arena terms.
Governing Law
- •India law applies; courts of Goa have jurisdiction subject to applicable consumer protections.
